Objections

If you are a class member and wish to object to the approval of the settlement, you must do so in writing, and you may appear at the hearing on your own behalf or through counsel to speak to whether the Court should approve the settlement. Please see below the contact information for counsel.

The settlement requires Court approval, and there will be a hearing to determine whether to approve the settlement on September 24th, 2024, at 10:00 am.

OBJECTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING BY 12 MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 18, 2024.
