UPDATE AS OF JUNE 9, 2026

The Claims Officer is currently assigning points to Eligible Claims. This process will take three (3) weeks.

Thereafter, we will file a Motion to the Court requesting approval to make Distributions to all Eligible Claimants, the Provincial Health Insurers, and all other entities. Thereafter, we will be dependent on the Court to schedule a hearing to approve the Distributions and any other outstanding matters before the Court.

We will provide a further update in late June or early July 2026.
