The Court has referred four (4) Claims back to the Claims Officer for further review. Please contact your Legal Representative if your Claim was subject to appeal. Class Counsel and the Legal Representative have been informed directly with the Court’s decision(s) on the appeals and Claimants are to communicate with their Legal Representative accordingly.

We don’t have a timeline for how long the Claims Officer will take to review these Claims but anticipate that the review will be done promptly.

We looking to conclude this claims administration as soon as possible but due process is required with regards to the appeals and the final approval of the court of the appeals and distribution to Eligible Claimants.
