UPDATE AS OF February 5, 2026

On behalf of the Claims Administrator, The Court and Counsel, we apologize for the delay in concluding this claims administration and distributions to Eligible Claimants.

There was a hearing on February 2, 2026, to review the procedure for the Appeals process. The Court is now undertaking a review of the Appeals of the Claims that were rejected. The appeals process has caused delays in the claims administration and hence final approval of all Claims, the assignment of points to Eligible Claims and determination of distribution payments to Eligible Claimants.

Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for the Court to review these Appeals. Hence, we cannot provide any guidance regarding the timeline for Compensatory Payments to Eligible Claimants in 2026.

Once all Claims are approved by the Court, the Claims Officer will assign points to each Eligible Claim. Thereafter, the Claims Administrator will provide each Eligible Claimant with a final Claim Determination Notice with the assigned points and the dollar amount of their Compensatory Payment from the Compensation Fund.
